Only products purchased from the Marketplace of MeCan Mall are subject to the exchange and refund policies herein and criteria set out as well as any other criteria informed to Customer by the customer care team of MeCan Mall.

Any request for exchange and refund must be submitted online in our portal with all necessary details in order for such exchange or refund to be processed. Handwritten/phone conversation/email without processing through our online request are solely not accepted.

  • Consideration of returning a product for EXCHANGE/REFUND

    Buyer may only apply to return an item in the following circumstances as stated below:

    • The purchased item is defective and/or damaged during the delivery process.
    • Seller has delivered the purchased item but does not match with the written specification in the product listing on MeCan Mall web.
    • The purchased item has delivered but materially different from the description in the product listing on MeCan Mall web. For example: color, measurement, counterfeit.
    • Item purchased in the product listing on MeCan Mall web are duly subject to the exchange & refund policies herein or exchange/refund criteria set out by suppliers/merchants or MeCan Mall.
  • Non-exchangeable and non-refundable item list

    There are certain products fall into non-exchangeable and non-refundable categories due to hygiene concerns, stock clearances, pricing mark down, or suppliers’ requests.

    We advise our customers to read the terms and clauses carefully before purchase. Items to be returned fall under the categories below will not be handled.

    • Intimates items, earrings, and undergarments;
    • Hosiery, shapewears and body shapers;
    • Socks;
    • Consumable food item including pet food;
    • Swimming suits and swimwear;
    • Beauty and skincare related product;
    • Fragrances;
    • Toiletries;
    • Customizable product (custom printed case, label sticker, tinted film etc);
    • Concert, movie, reservation, accommodation, flight, F&B vouchers and any other product/service of related category;
    • Items sold by merchants set to non-exchangeable/non-refundable.
  • Condition of returning item for EXCHANGE/REFUND

    Returning item must be in its original purchase condition and remain unmarked and defaced in any manner, including the original product packaging, manuals, and all related accessories.

    Returning item must be returned together with tags intact as customer originally received.

    Returning item must be returned together with proof of purchase (original tax invoice and official receipt).

  • Product return shipping fee

    Product Exchange

    Customer will need to bear return shipping fee under product exchange request.

    Product Refund

    Customer will need to bear return shipping fee under product refund request.

    Full amount of the product will be refunded to customer.

    Shipping cost/amount involved in previous purchase will not be refunded.

    However, customer can discuss and request with the supplier/merchant on the shipping cost/amount refund.

    Customer shall duly acknowledge receipt of the return of the Products and bear any return shipment risk and responsibilities at the site of the provided address supplier/merchant. Any reimbursement of shipping fee may be made only when supplier/merchant accepts the exchange/refund request.

    In the event the reimbursement request is not accepted by supplier/merchant and shipping fee shall be borne by the Customer.

  • Refunds

    Any refund amount will be credited back to the account provided by the Customer or credit/debit card (original mode of payment at the time of purchase) to MeCan Mall within seven (7) to ten (10) working days depending on the result of the refund request.
